Partner, Finance & Administration.  Mr Yates joined the firm in 2002. From 1997 to 2002, he worked for Arthur Andersen, prior to which he was employed at Moores Rowland International. Mr Yates qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1997 and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Deputy Director of Investment and Fund Administration. Mr Townend joined the firm in 2004. From 1999 to 2004, he worked in the Finance department at ABN AMRO Bank, prior to which he was employed at Baker Tilly Chartered Accountants. Mr Townend qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1998 and holds a BA (Hons) in European Studies from Royal Holloway University of London.

Senior Fund Associate. Mr Johnston joined the firm in 1999. Prior to IK Mr Johnston headed the Fund Accounting department of Barclays International Funds in Jersey. Mr Johnston qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1996 and holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Southbank University in London.
