Multi-Domestic Approach

The European businesses in which we invest often have an international, or even global reach. To best support them, we apply a multi-domestic approach with investment teams comprised of European nationals covering their local markets from offices in Hamburg, London, Oslo, Paris and Stockholm.

Each team comprises experienced professionals who are nationals of the countries concerned, indigenous to each market's language and culture, and who have wide networks and local knowledge. Together they speak twelve languages.

IK has been headquartered in London since its inception in 1989, enabling the firm to benefit from the skills of Europe's financial capital. This office today houses our Benelux and Norway/Denmark teams.

The investment team for Sweden/Finland is based in the Stockholm office and the investment team for France is based in Paris. German speaking countries are covered from the Hamburg office.
