Partner, France and member of the Executive Committee.  Mr Soudry joined the firm in 2003, prior to which he worked respectively for ABN AMRO Capital, KPMG Corporate Finance and Paribas in Paris.  Mr Soudry graduated from l'Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in 1993, having majored in Law, Tax and Finance.  Additionally, he earned a postgraduate degree (DESS) in Law from Paris Sorbonne in 1994.

Partner. Mr Buttiaux joined IK in 2001. From 1999 to 2001 he worked in the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley in London, after spending one year at Paribas Affaires Industrielles (PAI) in Paris. Mr Buttiaux graduated in 1999 from l’Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in Paris with major in Finance.

Deputy Director. Mr. Leblanc joined IK in 2005, prior to which he worked as an Analyst at  Morgan Stanley Investment Banking Division in Paris. Mr. Leblanc has majored in Economics and Finance at Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris, including one year at UC Berkeley, and holds an MSc. in Financial Engineering from Paris Sorbonne.

Associate Director. Mr. Bosc joined the firm in 2007 after having worked in investment banking for Goldman Sachs International in Paris. He holds a Master of Science in Management from the HEC Business School in France.

Associate. Before joining IK in 2012, Ms Thondup worked for Boston Consulting Group and prior to that for Royal Bank of Scotland in Paris between 2008-2009. She holds an MSc. in Industrial Engineering  from Ecole Centrale Paris in France.
