Partner, Sweden and member of the Executive Committee. Ms Stjernholm joined the firm in 1998, prior to which she worked as a management consultant for Bain & Company. Ms Stjernholm holds an MSc. in Economics and Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics.

Partner, Finland. Mr Kemppinen joined the firm in 2001 after having worked in corporate finance for Mandatum & Co in Helsinki. He holds an MSc. (Econ.) with major in finance from Helsinki School of Economics and Business Administration.

Deputy Director. Mr. Rosenberg joined the firm in 2005 after having worked in investment banking for Aventum Partners in Helsinki. He holds a Ph.D. in financial economics from the Swedish School of Economics and Business Administration in Helsinki.

Associate Director. Mr. Zilliacus joined the firm in 2006 after having worked as a management consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, based in Helsinki. Mr. Zilliacus has a M.Sc. (Econ.) degree with a major in finance from the Swedish School of Economics and Business Administration in Helsinki, and is a Certified EFFAS Financial Analyst (CEFA).

Associate Director. Mr. Ingemarsson joined the firm in 2007 after having worked at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking Division focusing on M&A advisory. He holds an MSc from the Stockholm School of Economics.
