Industrial Advisory Board

The cornerstone of IK's value creation strategy is our hands-on operating approach in working with our portfolio companies as well as in sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities. In addition to their own sector knowledge and experience our Investment Teams can draw and leverage on the industrial knowledge and sector experience of the individuals in IK's network that constitute our Industrial Advisory Board.

Active in all of IK's investment regions, these executives normally have a background as past or present executives in management positions in major international corporations. Some of these experienced industrialists have worked closely with IK ever since our inception, either during the sourcing and evaluation process or have served as board members of our portfolio companies, whereas others have been selected to complement this network more recently. Within this group of advisors the Senior Advisors work exclusively for IK in the sourcing and evaluation of potential transactions that fall within our investment range.
