Managing Partner and Head of the Executive Committee, responsible for Region West (France, Benelux and Denmark/Norway). Special focus on investments in France. Mr Masek joined the firm in 2000. From 1990 to 2000 he worked as a founding partner for KPMG Corporate Finance in Paris. Mr Masek graduated in 1987 from Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and also holds a degree in Law from Paris University and an MA in International Economics from Yale University.

Partner, France.  Mr Soudry joined the firm in 2003, prior to which he worked respectively for ABN AMRO Capital, KPMG Corporate Finance and Paribas in Paris.  Mr Soudry graduated from l'Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in 1993, having majored in Law, Tax and Finance.  Additionally, he earned a postgraduate degree (DESS) in Law from Paris Sorbonne in 1994.

Deputy Director. Mr Buttiaux joined IK in 2001. From 1999 to 2001 he worked in the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley in London, after spending one year at Paribas Affaires Industrielles (PAI) in Paris. Mr Buttiaux graduated in 1999 from l’Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in Paris with major in Finance.

Associate Director. Mr. Leblanc joined IK in 2005, prior to which he worked as an Analyst at  Morgan Stanley Investment Banking Division in Paris. Mr. Leblanc has majored in Economics and Finance at Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris, including one year at UC Berkeley, and holds an MSc. in Financial Engineering from Paris Sorbonne.
