Managing Partner and member of the Executive Committee, jointly responsible for Region East (Sweden, Finland and Germany/CEE). Special focus on investments in Finland. Mr Rosenlew previously worked for several Finnish companies including the Amer Group, both in financial and operational managerial positions. He holds an MSc. (Econ.) in Corporate Finance and Accounting from the Swedish School of Economics and Business Administration in Helsinki.

Deputy Director. Mr Kemppinen joined the firm in 2001 after having worked in corporate finance for Mandatum & Co in Helsinki. He holds an MSc. (Econ.) with major in finance from Helsinki School of Economics and Business Administration.

Associate Director. Mr. Rosenberg joined the firm in 2005 after having worked in investment banking for Aventum Partners in Helsinki. He holds a Ph.D. in financial economics from the Swedish School of Economics and Business Administration in Helsinki.

Associate. Mr. Zilliacus joined the firm in 2006 after having worked as a management consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, based in Helsinki. Mr. Zilliacus has a M.Sc. (Econ.) degree with a major in finance from the Swedish School of Economics and Business Administration in Helsinki, and is a Certified EFFAS Financial Analyst (CEFA).
