Partner, Denmark/Norway. Mr Grindheim joined IK in 1997. From 1996 to 1997, he worked in the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley and from 1995 to 1996 for Credit Suisse First Boston. Mr Grindheim graduated from the Fribourg University in Switzerland in 1995 with an MSc. in Economics.

Partner, Denmark, Head of Investor Relations and member of the Executive Committee. Mr Ryum Larsen previously worked for two investment banks in Denmark before joining the firm in 1990. Mr Ryum Larsen holds an MSc. (Econ.) in Finance and International Economics from Copenhagen Business School.

Associate. Mr Klitbo joined the firm in 2007 after having worked as an Associate Consultant with The Boston Consulting Group in Copenhagen. He holds an MSc. in Economics from the School of Economics and Management at The University of Aarhus, Denmark.

Associate. Mr Madsen joined IK in 2010, prior to which he worked at Goldman Sachs as an analyst in the healthcare division of the investment banking group in London. He holds a BSc in Economics and Business Administration and a MSc in Applied Economics and Finance from the Copenhagen Business School, Denmark.
