Partner, Strategy, Operations & Business Control. Mr De Geer joined the firm in 2001. Prior to that he worked eight years as Vice President at A.T. Kearney in Stockholm. Earlier, Mr De Geer spent 12 years in general management positions in the manufacturing industry. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MSc. in Economics and Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics.

Manager Operations & Business Control. Before joining IK in 2009, Mr Mogerud worked with Operational Excellence at SEB in Stockholm, and prior to that in Corporate Development at Orkla. Earlier, he was a Manager at A.T. Kearney. He holds an MSc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Linköping Institute of Technology.

Portfolio and Operations Controller. Ms. Retzlaff joined the firm in 2000. From 1997 to 2000, Ms. Retzlaff worked in corporate finance at Pricewaterhouse Coopers in Stockholm. Holds an MSc. in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics.
